Jo Alexander, a luxury home and garden furniture and accessories retailer, transitioned from a brick-and-mortar business to a fully online model in 2018. Founded in 1999 by Jo Alexander, the company initially focused on selling imported furniture from Bali at local events. As the business grew organically, they saw the potential of the online market and made the strategic decision to move their operations entirely online.
