You will have noticed from all our blogs that we have spoken very little about Drupal. We have in fact offered the design and build of Drupal websites for a couple of years now. So, I know, it begs the question why we never blog about it…
It is quite simple really. Very like when we started to embrace Magento, we really wanted to get under the covers of the platform and be confident of our skills and ability to manage Drupal projects first. We are just not one of those agencies that goes all out to pitch for a project without being confident of our ability to deliver to you. We are now there with it!
Drupal really is a great CMS (content management solution), but it is not just any old CMS, it should not be compared to WordPress. Drupal is incredibly feature rich and high customisable. If you want a website that is more than just a brochureware site, then Drupal is the platform to use. It is when you need enriched functionality that you use Drupal; social interaction, integration with other systems, dashboards, customer portals etc. We have experience with all of these.
