• We decide together on the right e-commerce platform.
• Then we discuss all your website needs (requirements).
• Then use MoSCoW (Must haves, Should haves, Could haves and Won’t haves) to grade the requirements. Must haves will form your MVP, then the rest will be phased after Go Live.
• Front-End design is the next big discussion, this is where you can decide on using the platform theme, initially, then we can provide a bespoke look and feel.

Once live and making money, you start investing in the Should haves and Could haves, items that, together, we believe will increase your sales or create greater efficiencies in your processes – this is ‘Grow’.

Once your site is live, we will now go on the journey with you to grow your site through Retained Services. It covers everything you need when it comes to running, maintaining and continually enhancing your online store. We work to four main principles:
